An open letter to the Honorable Prime Minister

An open letter to the Honorable Prime Minister. Without out any hesitation nor prejudice. Indian economy is at stake and public money is eaten away by big businessmen.
To
The Prime Minister.
7RCR.
New Delhi.

Respected Sir,
In 2014, general elections, you have vowed that you will bury the blasphemy of our country; that is the black wealth, which has been ill-gotten by a few, who is holding the common man at ransom and the progress of the country is halted at the dreadful check post, called corruption, which breeds black money and black wealth. Your good selves have assured the countrymen that within 100 days. In-spite of your trails to bring back the black money stashed in foreign lands could not yield any positive results but leaving cacophonous on the countrymen’s ears. The nexus between the crooked politicians, the greedy big businessmen and selfish executive combine is the net resultant of production of black money and black wealth, where graft played the real character behind the output of this ill gotten black money and black wealth.

Corruption is a world-wide phenomena. Elsewhere (in other countries) corruption is practiced in favoring or granting for the things which people are not entitled to but in our country, corruption prevails even for the things for which we are entitled to. This is a difference between our country and elsewhere. India, is too fertile for corruption, the king sized scams with high-tech knowhow are taking birth in our land. In Chenna Reddy`s regime, (Former chief minister of undivided Andhra Pradesh) the corruption shuttled (shuffled) in between “not approved – note approved”. It is only the alphabetic character “e” played a major role for corruption on the aspect of the file. It used to appear on the file that not approved initially, but after receiving a kickback, a mere adding letter “e” not becomes note and the course of the file used to change from no to yes. But in the present times, all the alphabets are being used to make the corruption grow to a gargantuan size.
The roots of corruption have turned into a gigantic structure and even the next generation needs to go on it. The nexus between corrupt politicians, the corrupt bureaucrats and ethic-less big businessmen are paving way to corruption at the higher echelons and eating up the public money in tons and the so accumulated wealth is being pipe-lined into deep dungeons where no authority can unearth the said fraudulent wealth i.e., Black-money, amassed by these gentlemen in the rank and file. The unholy nexus of corrupt politicians, bureaucrats and ruthless business people, halted the growth of prosperity and progress of the state at the dreadful check-post of corruption. Even the important branch of the government, namely the judiciary is alleged to be no exception in this sphere, taking advantage of constitutional restraints for action against Judges, which prescribes a cumbersome procedure. The lower judiciary is being protected on the basis of caste ism by the Higher Judiciary in the corrupt activities. The irons of this iron check-station should be broken, lest our children and grandchildren and their offsprings will be slaves of these unscrupulous politicians and administrative officials.

The graft is said to lubricate the wheels of government, to bring the costs of services in line with market costs. Is bribery an efficient mechanism for rationing goods and services in short supply? Not so, even from the perspective of economic logic, public corruption is bad because it distorts markets and promotes inefficiency.
The greatest cost is political. It would be hard to exaggerate the horror of ordinary citizens to the ubiquitous and the institutionalized banality of public spirit. Petty corruption is especially endemic at the lower, clerical levels of administration – Precisely the point of which the ordinary citizen comes into everyday contact with officialdom. People are driven to pay bribes for securing virtually any service connected with the Government, even that which is their fundamental right as per law of the nation.
People naturally tend to evaluate the total structure of government on the ground of their own direct experiences with the agents of regime. How do we resolve the corruption issue? Struggle against corruption is an eternal one, once political power is reached, then it is the responsibility of the party through its Government in a threefold manner (1). Prevention of corruption through proper legislations, (2) implementation by the executive and enforcing the laws enacted and (3). Judiciary’s function and discharging the duty in a speedy way and the police investigations in a proper manner and file the cases in the tribunals of law with proper grounds.
On your mission of eradicating black money, your rhetorical move to demonetize Rs1000 and Rs500, has sent strong signals of your intentions of putting an end of black money and establish a strong economy, but the demonetizing did not stomp out the black money nor the said black money could not become not find national main stream wealth. Your move became a carpet bombing, then the surgical strike on black wealth holders. What is really choking the goal of our economy???. The answer is very simple, the bulk money accumulating with a select few, creates a parallel economy as the money power with select few commands the lifestyle of many or to say the masses. Straight off the pointer rotates on shecduled banks, interest-bearing money, which comes out of the banks in the strain of massive loans to the tycoons, becomes black money due to non payments of the loan amounts.
For example: list of Nonpayment of loans by the business tycoons to the banks.
Mukesh Ambani………………………… 1,87,070 crores
Anil Ambani……………………………… 1,24,956 crores
Pulia Brothers……………………………. 1,01,461 ‘’ ‘’
Anil Agarwal………………………………. 1,03,340 ‘’ ‘’
Gowtham Adani………………………… 96, o31 ‘’ ‘’
Cyrus Mistry………………………………… 80,701 ‘’ ‘’
Manoj Gour………………………………… 75,163 ‘’ ‘’
Sajan Zindal…………………………………. 58,171 ‘’ ‘’
Lanco Madhu……………………………… 47,102 ‘’ ‘’
GM Rao………………………………………. 47,400 ‘’ ‘’
VN Dhoop……………………………………. 45,400 ‘’ ‘’
GVK…………………………………………… 33,933 ‘’ ‘
Apart from these gentlemen, Vijaya Malaya. Satyam computers, DLF, Sri Renuka sugars, Naveen Zindal follow the case. The total amounts outstanding and nonpayments by these gentlemen in rank is no less than a whopping sum of 30 Lac crores. Too, the outstanding and nonpayments of loans from these scheduled banks will be more than 50 Lac crores.
Sir, these bank defaulters had taken the banks for granted that banks are their own pocket organization. If these loans are not recovered the entire scheduled banks will collapse. To be precise, whereof these banks take the money??? Here is the answer………. From the common man and from government money deposits in the bank. Government money means again, it is the wealth of the common man. If these banks collapse, the entire economy of the country will be in the stagnancy. The common man's life is at stake, the plight of their families will be in the lurch. Demagnetization is a very small aspect before these nonpayments of bank loans. It appears everything enjoys white, but only on paper but these tycoons the public money as it is their own grandfather's wealth. Sir, your action on loan recovery is really urgent, even if the banks, auctions their properties; the net worth of the properties is not even the half of the loans. Then where did the money go?. The white money on records is stashed in foreign lands if a speedy action is not admitted, then the entire economy will take a nose dive and the public money walks away from our land. The accuracy is the banks already bankrupt, but it is the only the papers and turnover keeping the banks alive. If the banks announcing bankruptcy in the days to come then loss of families will commit suicide. And already the loan amount of 1,14.000 crores big businessmen are wiped off by your government. But the details and the names of the businessmen were not mentioned, which causes a lot of doubts in the minds of people.
Sir, the Liberlised remittance scheme (LRS) scheme is still alarming. This LRS when started in the year 2004, it started with 25,000 dollars and before your party came into power it was 1,25,000 dollars, then your party BJP argued that this LRS should be disputed as the Indian money is walking out of the country as a black money. But, interestingly after your good selves assumed the power the LRS amount is doubled and stood at 2,50,000. And even minor children also eligible in transferring the sum. In this manner billions of Indian money are walking out to strange lands as black money. It looks that the Nation is itself in bankruptcy.
Sir, You have a Himalayan task over your shoulders to cleanse this system. Please take proper checks, the foremost and foremost is taking steps in recovering the bank loans.

Sir, thank you,
Very truly yours
Pandalaneni Srimannarayana.
